Lawful access
Import only books you are authorized to use. Having access to an EPUB does not automatically permit every form of copying or cloud processing. Lorely asks for a lawful-access acknowledgement before the first cloud enhancement, separately from local reading.
Private book boundaries
Lorely does not sell or publicly share your imported books. Uploaded text and generated enhancements are private to the importing reader. Do not use the service to redistribute books, produce public book pages from private uploads, or create long reproductions that substitute for the original work.
Lorely does not grant ownership of copyright in a book or guarantee exclusive rights in AI-generated outputs. The original author’s and other rights holders’ rights remain unaffected.
Samples, editions, and translations
A work may be public domain in one country and protected in another. Translations, illustrations, covers, and particular editions can have separate rights. Samples and demonstration material require an appropriate rights basis for the actual edition and intended use; an old original work alone is not sufficient.
Report a copyright concern
Email support@getlorely.com with your contact details, the work concerned, the rights you claim or represent, and enough information to identify the issue. Please do not attach a full EPUB or unrelated private material. We may request additional information and restrict disputed processing while reviewing the concern.
The final jurisdiction-specific notice, counter-notice, and repeat-abuse process remains under legal review. This contact route is not a claim that Lorely has completed a statutory agent registration.
